  • Within 24-hour or less Best Efforts attempt on-site response time
  • Free loaner equipment (when available)
  • Discounted rates
  • No Termination date
  • Complete refund of any unused time if you are not completely satisfied with our services
  • Scheduled Preventative Maintenance Visits
  • Local Area Network Planning, Design, Implementation & Support
  • Installation and Setup (Servers, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, PC’s & Printers)
  • Perform troubleshooting and resolution for Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Priority Scheduling

ATS’ Help Desk is staffed every business day from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Evenings, holidays, & weekends, our answering service will take your call and an ATS Help Desk Support Team member will contact you in 2 hours or less.
