The New Titans of Tech:
In June's issue of our newsletter, as a result of ATS' continuing growth we introduced you to the newest members of the ever-expanding ATS team. We are excited to announce this month that our growth has reached beyond the borders of WV and into Bristol, Tennessee, the site of the first ATS branch office. Heading up the ATS Bristol office is Bryan Morton, a Bristol native with an impressive and extensive information technology background. Bryan's area of expertise and in-depth knowledge is with IP Telephony and Contact Centers, which he developed while working with Embarq, Alcatel-Lucent and most recently, Cisco Systems. “I have witnessed the explosive growth in the Tri-Cities area over the last 10 years and am excited to be a part of the ATS expansion into our region. It will be great for ATS and the local business community”, says Bryan.
ATS is proud to announce that we are the first WV based and the 27th Cisco Partner in the US and Canada to be recognized as an Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) in the Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) marketplace. They say you are known by the company you keep, and this designation will place ATS among some industry giants on a national scale. Other notables in this select group are Hewlett-Packard, NCR, and AT&T. Participation in the Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) program is by Cisco invitation only. ATP specific requirements guide partners through rigorous training and knowledge validation to help them develop and demonstrate expertise in the particular area of specialization. "To be a West Virginia based company and be 1 out of only 27 UCCE Approved Technology Providers in the US and Canada speaks volumes about the capabilities and level of expertise of our people and our company. I know how hard everyone at ATS works to provide the very best service and this achievement means a lot to us all. This designation will open up new business opportunities for ATS, both in West Virginia and across the country", says Brian Sims, ATS co-owner and Vice President. Typical business scenarios involving UCCE solutions are telemarketing centers, insurance providers' pre-qualification programs, and any kind of business where large numbers of calls are routed through a call center. Here's the challenge: watch the Movie Trailer and tell us the location of the Linksys Router BEFORE it transforms. Pay close attention, it's just a quick glimpse! All correct answers will be entered into a drawing to win an ATS golf shirt and a Cisco ball cap. Deadline for submission of your answer is Friday, July 31st. Winner will be notified by e-mail and announced in next month's newsletter.
